CC Emails

CC Emails (Settings > Entities > CC Emails) is where you decide who in the office is copied on the system’s automated emails. Each row is one type of email and holds a list of addresses. Management maintain it, typically when someone joins or leaves the business (for example ROCH-2069, removing departed staff from all operational emails).

The CC Emails table with email type names and address tags

Column Meaning
Name The automated email this list applies to.
Emails The addresses currently copied, shown as removable tags.
Add email A field and button to add another address to the row.

A search box at the top filters the rows by name.

  1. Find the row for the email type.
  2. Type the address in Add email and click the add button (or press Enter).

Click the x on the address tag. The change saves immediately.

You cannot add or delete rows; the list of email types is fixed by the system.

  • Lists are read at the moment each email is sent, so a change applies to the next email of that type.
  • A few lists (Prestart Visits, Allocated Materials) fall back to the business mailbox when empty so the email still reaches someone. Most others simply copy nobody when empty, and the primary recipient still receives the email.
  • Some mailboxes were removed from every list by a one-off system update when staff left; the same result can be achieved by removing the tags here.
  • The “Power disconection” spelling is how the row appears on screen.
  • Use shared mailboxes where possible so lists survive staff changes.
  • If a colleague reports missing copies of a system email, check this page first, then the Log Viewer for the send record.
